FAQ

Are stablecoin services part of every account?

No. They are separate affiliate-provided services for eligible customers and are subject to their own terms and availability.

Can one supported asset be used on every network?

Do not assume so. Confirm the exact asset-network combination with the provider.

Does due diligence guarantee payment acceptance?

No. Acceptance and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Why retain both blockchain and fiat records?

They document different stages of the settlement flow and support end-to-end reconciliation.
